These terms govern your use of the Fit-Stitch app and website, provided by Redshift Systems Inc. By using Fit-Stitch, you agree to these terms.

The app

Fit-Stitch is a fitness progress tracking app that lets you log weight, take photos, and create comparisons. The app is provided "as is" — we do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Your data

You own your data. Everything you create in Fit-Stitch — photos, measurements, comparisons, tags — belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in Apple's CloudKit infrastructure under your Apple ID. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service disruptions or changes to your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Fit-Stitch for its intended purpose — personal fitness tracking. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

Limitation of liability

Fit-Stitch is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Consult a healthcare professional before making decisions based on any data in the app.

We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data, whether caused by software bugs, device failure, iCloud service issues, or any other reason. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redshift Systems Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Fit-Stitch at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
